Friendly, knowledgeable technician on the airconditioning call
The first contractor that was assigned to fix my ac wanted to replace the ac unit just because the blades was not spinning and told us something else was wrong, and the unit is old and they couldn’t find the parts. The contractor then sent us an email with a copay of $2,000 which we didn’t have. This is why we had a home insurance in the first place, so that when things like this happens, we wouldn’t be so stress about it. I called, the appointment was for two days later via Myers Comfort Specialist, they installed the A/C & Heating system — AHS did an excellent job communicating my problem to Myers and as a result I have no complaints. Thanks

Representative had an electric company contact us right away. That company came to our house and fixed our broken exhaust fan. AHS checked on us for an update prior to the service completion.
