I was hesitant at first to use them so asked my insurance agent about a home warranty. He told me about AHS. He gave them a great review and said it was a good thing. I have been so pleased. They helped me get a new refrigerator, cook-top, and new washer. My ceramic cook-top was cracked and they immediately replaced it with the same item as the original was still available. Had them for over 20 years. First 18 were terrific. They helped us out in some difficult situations but last few years, especially this year, so bad we're likely to drop them. So sad how they've gone downhill.
