On June 16 you sent a plumber re: leak in shower master bath.He agreed there was a leak and told me I had to tear out the shower wall and drywall so he could get to the pipes. I did that on June 20. Called them back to inform them of that. He returned a couple days later and said the valve (sor some part..I don't know was so old. He did try.. he didn't have one and Home depot didnt. so he said he would keep trying and whole thing might have to be replaced. Not all vendors used by AHS are of good quality. Also some repairs take a long time when communication and approval is involved back and forth between the vendor and AHS.

My problem was fixed quickly and efficiently from friendly, competent plumbers. They even had needed parts to complete the job in one trip

2 visits to repair an easy fix. Should have been fixed with filter and capacitor was replaced. Still did t work after a week. Seems to be better with filter change.
