I was grateful to have a policy with AHS when my AC unit quit working. Through AHS I was able to replace it for a much discounted new unit.

On June 16 you sent a plumber re: leak in shower master bath.He agreed there was a leak and told me I had to tear out the shower wall and drywall so he could get to the pipes. I did that on June 20. Called them back to inform them of that. He returned a couple days later and said the valve (sor some part..I don't know was so old. He did try.. he didn't have one and Home depot didnt. so he said he would keep trying and whole thing might have to be replaced.
