Easy process to file claim online. Repair facility scheduled quick. AHS approved repair same day and parts were ordered. Ramey Appliance called to schedule as soon as it was approved and repair was completed timely.

The whole process was easy. I unfortunately had a claim. Getting a hold of a rep was easy. The repairman came out and quickly fixed the problem. I also appreciated the communication along the way. I received reminders of the visit, the name of of my repairman, as well as updates for when he was close by.
