Technician was right on time and was able to resolve the issue with my microwave in less than 30 minutes. He explained everything he was doing and what caused the problem.

I was truly pleased with my tech Doug, who properly diagnosed the problem with the air conditioning unit, fixed the problem, and got it running and cooling the house off again. I’m grateful and thankful for the quick response.
So far ok with washer and microwave. But still waiting on the process for dishwasher. The tech took pics and never heard anymore about it. It says on AHS website that service was completed which doesn't seem right.
