I called due to my washer not working properly. The service repair was scheduled with two days of calling. The service tech arrived and came to a conclusion. AHS was quick to resolve. There was no jerking me around like so many other warranty companies. I love the quick response and that is why I have AHS on both of my homes.
Very happy with this service. Have used AHS for 6 years now and the company has resolved many issues in my home including partial replacement cost of a new gas stove when determining it could not be repaired!
Professional service, diagnosed and fixed problems in a timely manner. Arrived within the time window they said they would.
John, the plumber, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation and quickly fixed my leak. It was a pleasure having him in my house.
Nick was very professional and was able to find problem right away and knew who to contact to get other problem taken care of
Scheduling the correct contractor/vendor a little difficult. AHS should stop using A&E. They do not show up to a customer's location and gives false repairs and reasons. When AHS uses a direct vendor that specializes in the brand the make, service is 100% on point and gets the issue resolved!
