The time from when I phoned in the request, heard from the service provider, and he arrived was very expedient. He was able to look over the furnace and make the necessary repairs the same day. We were very pleased.

Overall the peace of mind that having a home warranty brings is very helpful. My only issue is that the package price that I have just went up $25 per month and I've rarely used the services. I know that I've been fortunate, however, AHS has gotten much more money from me than I have utilized in repairs or services. So to have my monthly cost go up is a bit of a struggle. It does seem as though the vendors that AHS has been using recently are much more reliable than in the past which is a great plus.
