Easy to navigate web features, and prompt service repairs
I have filed 2 claims since I have been a customer. On both times, American home shield has delivered on their promise. Problems I have had with my pool pumps have been handled effectively to meet my standards.
They are prompt getting you service and the company's they deal with are very professional and they are there when they tell you they will be. Overall just a great company.

So far, we had good experience except for the Kool Guys Air and Heating
It's a smooth and easy process since you can request service online.
Asked AHS for the free A/C service offered. Contacted the Contractor assigned. I requested an appointment for any day May 1st through the 3rd to correspond with my schedule and was sent a message that I would be contacted to set the appointment up. No contact was made as of this writing.
The rate has gone up every year since I have purchased it. They renew my policy at a higher rate with out my approval.
