Edward was AMAZING. Extremely knowledgeable and respectful. He didn’t mind questions or concerns that came up. He was punctual and handled the job in a great manner, not to mention the time. Although the AC unit was fixed that day, it stopped working again, but again; not Edward’s fault as it’s an old system. He will be coming back to check on it and fix it again. Do not hesitate with this company. It was a fantastic experience.
Professionalism. Fast and timely service. The technician and the office manager were incredibly courteous and accommodating. They both answered my questions satisfactorily and explained them to my satisfaction. The icing on the cake was when the technician arrived with galoshes. Overall I had an excellent experience. I recommend this company to everyone.
