I had an air conditioning technician come out and work on my AC unit. They fixed the problem, but now my unit is having other problems and I called American Home Shield. They promised to assign my case to an air conditioning company and I am yet to hear from them. It is going to two weeks now.

It was easy to request the service, but I had to contact the repair company for an appointment. They came out and determined the issue and ordered the part. It took about 10 days for the part to show up and get it installed
