American Home maintains a good process to open a ticket, however I am noticing that some of the contractors they assign the work to have email boxes full which cause delays in getting the proper skill to the home. I believe the process should have the AHS team check on "Responsive contractor availability or reassign it to an alternate contract who will be responsive. I can't say enough about American Home shield!! They are more than excellent they stand by their word!! And that's extremely excellent in a rip off world we live in today!! I love American Home shield! They're really there when you need them the most and they don't ask a bunch of nonsense questions trying to get out of their agreement!!
