Great service by techs. Jerry from J&A has been here a few times and does a great job. Jesse from Sears also excellent.
Serviceman was very helpful and was able to fix the problem that day. Did not have part on his truck so since office was close went back and got the part and fixed washer.
I heard negative things, but my experience has been great. Everything fixed in a timely manner, communication consistent, workers responsible.
