My second experience with American Home Shield. Both times have been good. I’m pleased.
Our plumbing problem was fixed and the response from AHS was quick!! They sent a professional plumber who was knowledgeable, professional and polite. I am so very happy we are with AHS!!

Pretty simple process. I call in my claim. I get a dispatch number, and the info for the company that will be performing the service. I usually call the company right away, that will be performing the service. That speeds up the process. I have had very good service with AHS, over the years. My only comment would be that cost has gone up a little. The monthly service fee, along with the service request cost. It's a little pricey.
