I would have put 5 stars but I’ve been without a washer and dryer for weeks. AHS says to call the company and make an appt for install. I call total applicance and they claim to not have any idea when AHS will send the parts over and will not make an appt with me until. Total Appliance has been their own nightmare. Calling and then cancelling appts bc they are closed that day or looked at the wrong customer’s info. Just a mess
They always had a service person respond very quickly. The service people were always professional, and they dealt resolved our issues quickly. Our only complaint is that they won't replace something until it is totally beyond repair. We had a 17 year old air conditioning unit that had a problem that caused it to stop, and leak, causing ceiling damage. Instead of replacing it, they wanted to fix a part. Rather than risk more ceiling damage again soon, we had another company replace it, and dropped our American Home Sheild.
Not always reliable with follow ups, long service waits
Service is prompt, very professional and courteous. They took the stress out of replacing the product on my own.

Quick response for approval for work to proceed
i had to do multiple follow ups and spend a lot of time to resolve the claim to replace my water heater. They finally sent the check as promised. But the coverage explained when i signed up for the member ship Vs what they explained during the time of claim was different. Ensure to read the documents thoroughly before you take up the membership.
Not just dispatched to do one thing; they actually look for all possible causes, which could cause further harm.
The last 2 items I needed fixed were fixed without any issues. And completed in a timely manner.
