I had an AC problem twice this year and both times the technician was assigned and connected with me within a couple of hours of placing the work order.

They are quick to reply but when I had an issue with a company they set me up with they wouldn't allow a second opinion (where a different company comes out) until I had to ask two different representatives at AHS.
