AHS service is reliable, prompt and efficient. The ONLY issue I've had was the contractors are chosen by AHS, rather than the member-but having said that-my experiences have been 100% positive with the professionals they have chosen for my repairs.

The service personnel were polite and understood exactly what my issue was. The service gentleman was prompt and knowledgeable. He proceeded to complete the task promptly and efficiently. An added benefit is that he was neat and professional as well as cleaning up the area when the problems solution was finalized. Jason, the technician should be complemented.

I was double charged the service fee We have had a tech at our home 4 times over a year and a half before they finally decided to replace the fridge.
