Took two tries to get it fixed.The first attempt the tech didn't double check to see if the thermostat worked and left. The second tech did a good job.

I've been with AHS Now for about closely going on 10 years, and At First they showed too be an Very Promising Home Warranty Company, then as Time went by The Co-Pay started getting bigger Also the Monthly Payments as Well, Then Everything Went Too You Know What, It was Hard too get Contractor within 72 hrs or they didn't call You, You have to call them and It's still this way, 1.Example is that I had My Hot Water Heater Broke and the Contractor Charged Me $600.00 for some pipe work that He said that He Didn't Like and That's... read more
My microwave stopped working AHS replaced it with a like unit. That made me glad I have AHS

We have subscribed for years and for 3 or 4 homes over those years. AHS has lived up to their commitments. Sometimes the contractor has not been experienced enough to identify and fix the root problem but, ultimately, our issues have been resolved.

While the service eventually gets done, things are more complicated than they need to be. I've been waiting since June 15th to get my ice maker fixed. It's July 10th now... again, it's an ice maker...
