I called about getting my air conditioning unit serviced. In just a short amount of time the servicing company called to set up an appointment
I liked the time frame for getting a repair approved after the technician turned in their estimates to AHS for work approval.
I liked the fact that over the years AHS has become much easier to contact by phone and service has improved.
I was able to setup my appointment online, and got a quick response.
Repeated billing issues, repeated issues with multiple dispatches that required constant follow up to ensure a resolution. Being an AHS customer has been exhausting, but beneficial.
I opted to shop locally and receive a reimbursement check. I appreciate having that option. Also liked receiving info relating the progress of this service request.
