Customer Service Reps were pleasant, however, each Reps provides a different response for the same issue. I have waited almost 2 weeks awaiting for an approval for a second opinion for my Central AC after the first vendor didn't find an issue however my home is not cooling.
AHS is good, but the service we are getting from AC Wizard is not upto satisfactory. They have made multiple visits to home from a month but issue is not completely resolved
