I’ve put in 2 requests so far. I was contacted for the 1st on same day and someone was out to repair the problem the next day. Easy, peasy and the young man who came out was wonderful and very competent. The 2nd requests (for an unrelated problem) was on Sunday. I heard back from AHS the next morning and someone is scheduled to come out tomorrow. Easy process, quick reply and I’m loving it!!

They’re fast they get their contractors out quickly, and their contractors are wonderful considerate they clean up their mess. They get the job done efficiently.

It is difficult to talk to an actual person when a contractor cancels or does not show.
