The robo menu was used. And while I don’t particularly like them, this one was accurate and efficient. I also like the email follow up with the specified company’s name and phone number, for me to contact, in case they haven’t contacted me in 24 hours.
Noel our tech was very curtious and knowledgeable. He explained everything and was very thorough in his inspection. He listened to our concerns about our gas heater and was clear in his explanation for each concern.

All good. Our 15 year old Kenmore Elite refrigerator sounded like it was trying to imitate a helicopter. AHS requested service from L A Appliance, Valencia, CA. Frank came out and ascertained what the problem was and ordered a new fan. When he returned on the next appointment he replaced the fan. Works great again. A little side note: we bought a 4.4cu.ft. refrigerator in the meantime so the essentials did not go bad on us. Now it keeps extra drinks cold out is the garage.
Found out what the problem was tech order the parts needed and will install when they get in. Very easy process
Repair man timely and courteous and friendly. Did a great job.
