It took many callls and phone conversations to get service contractors to come out to my house but after 4 different ones the problem was taken care of .

Feel contractors do the least causing inferior work and customer having to make multiple calls on appliance repairs. Makes for additional cost to both AHS and customer.
They are fast to respond to the problem.
