I've only used the service one time so far, but I'm very satisfied with the service I received through American Home Shield for my HVAC unit. I put in the request for a repair online, and got a timely response. The company assigned for my repair contacted me the same day, and made the appointment. They showed up on time, were very friendly and professional, and quickly and efficiently addressed the issue with my HVAC unit. Had me back up and running in no time at all!

AC was went down in July. Contacted AHS. After many follow up calls, finally it was fixed, a month later. It was good that they finally fixed it. It was bad that we were without AC in hot summer heat of Houston, TX for a month.

I have had outstanding service from American home shield for years. All of the contractors I've worked with have been great and if I ever have a problem I can always reach somebody live to help me. It's been a lifesaver on my primary residence and also a rental property. It helps manage costs and get repairs done in a timely manner. I absolutely recommend them.
