Although the repair needs was on a late Friday I was able to get it resolved the following business day

We had a good experience with our re-key technician but Alvarez Pools, who they sent out for our pool filter, seemed very shady. We had a second opinion who basically completely disagreed with their diagnosis and said that it sounds like Alvarez Pools was trying to scam us, and that AHS has called them out to give second opinions after Alvarez Pools many times. It feels like they are trying to get out of covering what should be included in the deal. Hopefully AHS will correct this after the 2nd opinion.
Quick response, and we got set up with a competent repairman the next day.
They only paid for a minimal amount of the freon.

I had my washing machine broken, my dryer and my A/C all of this in the same month. I got a new machine-dryer fixed and a pay out Funds toward a new A/C. I had a 2nd option on the A/C who didn’t agree with the 1st AHS gave me no problem and took the 2nd opinion. So I am well please how they handle 3 big jobs in the same month
