Has a hard time with them understanding how important that we needed someone to come out right away. We had a leak in a water line to our water heater and the only way to not get damage to our home is to turn the water off to the house. they said they couldn’t get anybody out until Monday. Hid an appt. On first call.. company showed up snd fixed oroblem
Too Knotch ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I called my home warranty co. They immediately contacted South Placer Heat and Air and they contacted me within two hours . They were able to find a cancellation and show up t the next day ! A tech named " Dre " came . All the way through South Placer continued to follow up on timing of arrival. Dre completed the work, bad blower motor , in an hour and huge delight of a guy . South Placer followed up with contacts making sure I was satisfied . Really ? Like 100% ! 👍👍👍
Although it took TWO service calls, the 2d company, Elite Pro Appliances, solved and fixed the problem immediately. Why they weren’t sent the first time is puzzling. Overall, it took about 2 weeks to complete the service call
