Promptness of service. Technicians in my area.
I liked that someone wad here in a few days to service my HVAC unit. The tech found the problem right away, fixed it & was gone within an hour. Great experience.
We were told that the HVAC issue we had was a pre-existing condition so there was really no financial help. However, the Customer Service was good.
Having the convenience and comfort of knowing we will not have to spend a lot of money for appliance issues is great. Easy and convenient for home use.
