We called about our washer and dryer. The repair man came out on time and said our wager needed to be replaced and our dryer vent needed to be cleaner. AHS sent us an email within two days and said we are replacing your washer! It was quick and easy. We could pick from many, many washers or receive a voucher for Lowell’s. We decided for the voucher and the whole process took 1 week. We are very impressed with AHS.

When you need service the customer service is very helpful and professional. Usually I have a Tech at my home within a reasonable amount of time. When they say someone will be to your home, they show up. The most important issue for me is American Home Shield, sends Techs that know how to fix or repair whatever needs service.
