I have used AHS for nearly 10 years and never have I had any problems. They are quick to respond, and they send quality repair people to do the work

Quick service and attention to my problem
Haven’t had really any big problems. The only consistent issue is follow up after service. I’ll get an email from AHS saying my work is completed, even if a part needs to be ordered and installed. I can’t contact the provider, I have to contact AHS and they will set up a time for the provider to return but the provider never seems to know this. But everyone is very nice and polite and seems to try and solve any issues I have.
I have not experienced any issues when scheduling a service call.
Used this company for 11 years never any issues always came out asap when something was not working .I moved and tried a new company they were much cheaper and d took weeks to come out.i switched back to ahs paid the extra and had peace of mind.when you buy a new home things mysteriously break ahs fixes everything inckuded in your package which is awesome.after 3 years..
