American Home Shield is only as good as the companies that they outsource to &, these companies vary with their technicians. By vary some are amazing and other are horrible. Like Sears A&E I've had both the BEST & Worse experiences with them.

The problem I had could have been avoided if the tune up special had actually taken place.
This is difficult. It isn't AHS directly but the providers. Two of them were up selling their business products whether than focusing on inspection and repairs. It was frustrating to be pitched to purchase new expensive products and telling me differing prices that continued to escalate.
Easy to quote and the price is reasonable. The claim was processed in a timely manner and customer service is very caring
