They always provide good quality providers. Very satisfied. Keep up the good work.
They have been basically okay in the past. However, my latest request took from August to October to fix. They kept re-referring the repair to companies that were unable to complete the repair initially. Unacceptable.
Problems are resolved by the companies they choose to provide the services. I have been happy 95% of the time. That is why I continue maintaining my account with them.
The job was done timely and the workers were curious.
