It's ok, but coverage not worth it and waste a 100 dollars..
When I called to schedule a technician to come look at my dryer my call was answered with no hold time. A company was assigned to contact me and they immediately contacted me to schedule a next day appointment. The technician came out first thing the next day and when it was determined that there was no longer a part to fix the dryer I was sent a link to purchase a new dryer. I had a problem that was covered under the plan. I called, scheduled an appointment and it was resolved.
The project has not been completed. Fourth time and waiting on a part.
