Other than already receiving this email and responding to it AND providing feedback on the contractor itself I would say the product is sound and fine however your email marketing needs improvement to prevent spamming those who have already taken the time to fulfill your request. A simple thank you would be appreciated over an email asking for something already provided. Please check your tech, you have bugs.
