Our policy with AHS is invaluable. We had a water leak and I did a claim through the website. The plumber assigned called and couldn't come for a week. I called AHS and they found another plumber that could come out the next day. The plumber they sent was professional and did great work.
I have American Home Shield for my home and for my son's home. There have been several problems with my son's appliances this year. The stove, the washer, the electric and now the refrigerator. I call AHS and they find the contractor to resolve the problems. I don't know what I would do without AHS. Even in my home I had to have the Heat Pump looked at. Great service. Appliance tech that came out was awesome! Very knowledgeable and rectified the problem right away.
The service guys was very friendly and I felt safe with him working in my home...He gave excellent and professional service....
My garbage disposal was leaking badly. American Home Shield immediately assigned a plumbing company, which was quickly able to send a technician to my home and replace the disposal. I am always grateful for how fast AHS is able to assign competent companies to solve problems.
