I like the feeling of having most of my appliances and other things (water pipes, etc) covered so that a repair does not 'break the bank". This is important for those of us who are retired and living on a fixed income.

I’m about 50% happy with the service people you’ve sent and 50% unhappy. There should be an option to choose service people who have shown on time and done a good job again instead of having random people show up.
