They have been great with getting a contractor out to fix our issues quickly. All we do is pay our service fee and issues are fixed by contractors. We had an issue once but they quickly resolved it.

When you call AHS, you talk to actual people, not a machine. They are very helpful and it clearly shows all the way down to the contractorwho also gives praise.
