Most of the time, the repairmen do not want to be bothered to fix our problem even though it is covered. However, the last repairman was very good, friendly and capable - he fixed the problem!!

We didn't really have to do much. File a claim and the job was done. The plumber came evaluated and ordered the appliance. Came back a few days later and finished installation. Super Simple
