My toilet got fixed but my bathroom sink didn't. The tech said probrably broke from being old but repair was denied because it wasn't found to be broke from average wear and tear.

For the most part. Your service has been fine. We had some difficulty with getting warranty honored on our refrigerator. It was finally resolved and we got our new refrigerator but we had a significant increase on our monthly charge. I'm still waiting for follow-up from sales dept.
