It depends. Pure Pool did an excellent job. Active Appliances is unfortunately not competent & tech lied to AHS and filed a false report, because the tech did not know what to do & admitted that to me. Appreciated AHS 2nd opinion being sent. Trinity Appliances fixed my refrigerator.

They were quick with my incident I had to call after things were not repaired back to full working status. And they were very quick to get the company back to me and get my hvac working correctly.
