They are incredibly responsive. They get back to you within minutes of filing a claim. Repair people have been uniformly excellent too.
Availability, and response time. Also willingness to assign new contractors if nessary.
Service has been fine, but I can't get them to send a copy of Interior Plumbing and Drainage System policy. I've requested it 3 times, on the phone and online.
Very responsive; willing to change contractors when requested; they do offer emergency response upon request too.
4 Hour same day turnaround on a plumbing issue with a trash compactor. Top notch performance by both the company and their contractor. Can not ask for a better solution to a problem.
