AHS is fairly good to work with. They do not always have the best contractors though. I had a service from GREENWAY HOME SERVICES on 06/01/2022. I used a different vendor to install a HVAC Condenser as it saved me and AHS serious money. However after repeated calls to AHS i still cannot get my cash out. They have called Greenway at tleast 3 times to get the diagnosis but to no avail. How can AHS not force them to send it? I have had the work completed and still no cash out.

Prompt service, had to call a couple of times to place request because operator needing to do a diagnostic video. Video froze so my request didn't get submitted. I had to call back and verbal request was all that was needed.
