The service tech was on time, professional, respected my space by putting booties over his street shoes, and practiced safety by wearing his face mask the entire time he was in my house. The tech did a complete assessment on my furnace to trouble shoot my problem, discovered it and corrected at no charge to me.
American Home Shield is a great company and well worth the monthly fee. They deal with reputable companies and follow through to make sure the problem/repair is completed.

Overall we have been satisfied with the service and prompt attention for getting any repair done. The repair people all have been very qualified and professional.
The technician was very polite, asked us to explain the work needed and which project we wanted him to do first, He was thorough, knew what he needed to accomplish the task and persevered when issues arose. He accomplished the work in a timely manner, had all the needed tool and everything is working as it should.I will ask for him again if I need additional work done.

It's great to have coverage for home appliances. So far I had the Dishwasher pump failure and a burnt circuit in my range oven. Both times the AHS website walked me through the process, arranged an appointment time, and called me when the repairman was on the way. Good to know I'm covered.
Super quick handling of my service call. The contractor was assign and my issue got fixed in a couple of hours. Chris from *********************** was knowledgable and professional. Extremely pleased
