Amazingly convenient! It takes like 30 seconds to put in a work order. I get a call within 12 hours and vendors out literally typically within 48 hours. I have NEVER, ever had an issue or concern with ANY of the vendors. They are all great!

Had an issue with hot water not coming through to bathroom washer & shower. Plumber fixed it, but after running laundry and taking a shower the next day, there was leaking from this water source. I asked for a call-back and the first rep I spoke with said since this issue was a result of the first call, it would be free. However, no appt was scheduled. I called back, and a different rep said that I needed to pay another $100 deductible because a leak is different than hot water. American Home Shield will nickel and dime its ... read more

i am happy with AHS. I had experience with other companies before, where customer support had room to improve. I am with AHS for the last several years and am happy to stay for even longer.
