The response to my request was quick and efficient. The initial visit showed that I needed my microwave replaced. I was sent options, I selected my replacement and it was installed right away. The entire process took about a week. I am extremely happy with my results.

I have tried to get service twice. The first time they tried to send me an electrician with the worst reviews I have ever seen. Including reviews that said he made the problem worse. I canceled my ticket and paid out of pocket to have the issue resolved because I wasn't going to allow someone shady in my home. The second time around they sent a plumber with five star ratings and he was amazing. I was very satisfied with that visit.

AHS customer service has been reliable and timely. I had an issue with my dryer not coming on and heating that took entirely too long to resolve (over a month)
