I been with this company for approximately 5 years, the first claim I put in my payment immediately was raised. I felt that was very unfair.

We have paid into American Home Sheild on several our homes since 2000, in Las Vegas, NV and two different homes in Hawaii. We have used the services several times and each time, American Home Shield provided excellant prompt service. Through no fault of AHS, there was only one subcontracted company that was contracted out locally that we had issues with. But never had any issues with AHS. thank you
