within hours of filing a request a repair person was here and took care of the problem. was very professional and polite. very pleased. much better than the last home warranty co. we had.

AHS did what were to do but it can take some time also the may not replace the item that is bad with the same maybe of less value than what was in staled before

I liked being able to pay a $100 deductible to have AHS contact the plumber and the plumber repair my water heater. You cannot beat that deal or service
