I've used AHS for years. For a brief period I tried a different company (because it was less expensive) and was quickly disappointed. I went back to AHS. They have always had my best interest in mind, and have never failed.

AHS so far has been very responsive especially when an initial service request is placed. I was a little disappointed how my last request to have a fridge repaired was a little dismissed after I asked for a different contractor due to the break in communication and delay with having a technician come to fix it in a timely manner. The originally contracted technician fixed the fridge and did good work, unfortunately it took a month from the day the request was placed, and food was lost.
