Some services are able to be repaired fairly quickly but others require very long wait times and as a result you have to pay out of pocket to get the covered item repaired sooner. Also American home shield is becoming very expensive.
The Hot Water Heater is still not replaced after leaking, it has been months now to correct the problem.
