We are new homeowner's - having been in this house for 2 months now, American Home Shield has been great at the appliance issues we have had; however, when our furnace went out (during the coldest temps ) we fought with American Home Shield and got the run-around from the company they sent us. Having to have a tech sent out 4 times and American Home Shield said it would be an additional week to get a 2nd company out for a 2nd opinion. The company they sent to do the work had to be called back at least twice.
The monthly service fee is expensive but I have to give the representative credit in the retention department for working with me
