The first company that was suppose to come out and service our oven never shoed up, and I tried two times to get a new company but was told they had to give them a chance to respond, meanwhile we had no oven for about a week. The second company was excellent.
We have been members for over 10 years. There service is exactly what they advertise. They are fast to get you the help you need for your appliances. I am never disappointed and I recommend them to all my family and friends.

I'm still on the fence about this insurance. The first time I used it not only did I have to pay the $100 service fee but the contractor sent to fix the issue said that AHS would not cover the issue. I had to pay an additional $200.00. Fast forward and the same thing happened again but this time they actually paid for a replacement item. If all goes well then it's 100% worth it. I had 3 things break back to back.

When my air conditioner went out at 104 degrees I explained I was 71 and I had my sister who is disabled so I needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. They got me a technician the very next morning.
