AHS was fine, the website claim system worked smoothly. The vendor, GE, was very disappointing, but I think that was because of the holiday.

My request services has been excellent until the last company to come fix my service wasn't as responsive after the job. He said he would call since he couldn't fix it. I asked them for a estimate if they were to fix my problem, they didn't reach out to me. American shields did not update me either. I tried to reach someone one. They helped the best way they could, but I wasn't satisfied with the way it was handled.
