Cody, the service technician, arrived as scheduled to perform the free American Home Shield Seasonal A/C tune-up for our three A/C units. Cody was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly analyzed the systems and performed maintenance. Cody informed me of his findings and provided his recommendations regarding potentially problematic issues. I appreciate the service received and Cody’s and recommendations.

I notified AHS that I had a faucet leak. They assigned a plumbing contractor. They were out the next day and in about 45 minutes it was fixed and he was gone. Very fast service especially when you don't know who to call
