We’ve had excellent luck with our home warranty. Most recently, our garbage disposal went out and it was replaced fully and quickly.

well after calling 2 twice & getting hung up on after holding for several minutes on the third call I was able to get through to a human . the women was excellent to work with but still awaiting an answe on an ETA on our dishwasher part we've been waiting on since July

First technician did not properly repair the plumbing issue. Next technician available was too far out to address an emergency situation. I contracted a separate company to go out to the property immediately.
