My personal experience with AHS has been positive for many years -prompt response and contractor scheduling and have repaired and replaced minor and major systems in my primary and investment property over past 20 yrs years. I have no problem encouraging my Seller/Buyer clients to invest in the same.

While some of the customer support team has been helpful, I've also had some that either couldn't or wouldn't really help. The last person who I spoke to, refused to answer my questions and kept repeating what sounded like a rehearsed prompt even though I had already told them exact time and details that I was given information by the electrical company. We’ve had this plan for several years, and many of those years we didn’t have to use the benefits at all, but these last two our appliances and HVAC have needed serious repairs or replacement and AHS has never balked at their portion of the contract and paid out promptly and with no haggling. It’s the best $70 bucks I spend a month without question.
