Called the Bridgeview location this morning looking for a very specific sized solar cover. Spoke to a young man who was very professional and kind. His customer service was above and beyond. When I got to the store later on, he had the item ready and also helped me locate everything else I needed. He assisted me to my car and I asked his name. It was Melvin. In a world where customer service and genuine kindness often sadly lacks, Melvin was a bright spot in my day.

An amazing experience to buy on this location! Jessica, the General Manager is both kind and very knowledgeable on all the products they sell. She was never pushy but answered all the questions and gave us all the necessary information we need on the pools and hot tubs. She made sure that what we are getting is what we need and the price point is fair in today's market.
