Excellent customer service. We worked with a store manager; he knew his products. Our furniture had a long delivery date and his estimate was accurate. Scheduled delivery as soon as it arrived. One of the protective covers was missing but a call to the store and they had a replacement waiting for us to pick up same day. Things happenits what companies do when they do that differentiates the great from the good. American Sale is among the great ones!

**** was very helpful. He did not try to push more than we wanted. He and another nice young man helped to load some chairs into our trunk. Showed us many choices and listened to our preferences. Nice job.

So being a first time pool owner and not knowing how much goes into installing a pool they have helped me every step of the way and continue to help me . These two men came in with the throw rugs. Not to scratch the floors or anything else. I didn't have to many questions to ask. But when I did they was answered. On the service!
