Did an online order, Jeff seems to be the person that packed my items. I ordered a few items for my Christmas village and everything arrived in great condition except for one piece (see picture). It was detached from the base, I hope that I can fix it with some crazy glue. Overall good experience and would order from them again.

Packaging was great! No broken item. Every piece is packed with bubble wrap. Kudos to Paul for doing such a good job. I got the box broken but everything inside was intact!

Shipment was packed perfectly! Everything was in bubble wrap and nothing was broken! Paul was the packer and he did a fantastic job! There should be more people like him that cares about the customer, which is hard to find anymore! Thanks Paul 👍 great job!

Today I had a service professional come and teach me and my wife how to operate our new hot tub as it is a salt water system. Joe Ciro was the tech and he was so thorough in explaining things to us. He was patient and didn’t move on until we were ready to move on. He did answer all of our questions that we had and feel very comfortable with the new hot tub and being taught by Joe Ciro! Thank you for having someone like this on your team!

Super happy with our order. It arrived way faster than expected and was packed very well. I’m always cautious purchasing breakables that need to be shipped but Paul made sure the package could survive a tornado! Thanks for the speedy shipping and making sure that it would get to me in one piece!
