This is a horrible business. When you pay for a refill, it takes 10 business days after they process your payment to deliver your gas. Then they send you a message that your delivery is scheduled, and they don't show up, with no apologies, nothing. You are virtually at their mercy, especially in the dead of the winter.If you have an option, please stay far away from this company. Worst off, their customer service is useless. I am on always full program. My last fill was in August 2023. In 2024 I was charged tank rental but they didn't keep the tank full. During a major winter storm in January 2025 I ran out of propane at which time they blamed the storm for not being able to fill. It should have had gas because of the always full program. I was charged 3.43 per gallon when they did fill and I was quoted 2.39 per gallon if I were a new customer. Purely price gouging. Their customer service is beyond awful. There system is designed to intentionally hide your account dollars.Meanwhile determining fuel amount without telling the customer how much money is available in there account for the fuel. Leaving a blind spot for them to say well you got gas and no left over funds. It is criminal.Or fills that way

I'm signed up for automatic refill with Amerigas. I've been without heat and unable to use my stove for two weeks. The customer service line in India is completely useless. Their employees are very difficult to understand and they seem powerless to do anything for you. After five frustrating calls, I've been told that I'll need to wait another week for a delivery. Amerigas is the worst company I've ever dealt with.

If BBB had a rating worse than "F", AmeriGas deserves it. I am ready to abandon all my previously held aspirations and make it my life's work to discourage anyone from ever doing business with this inept and greedy organization. I recently bought a house and closed on Jan 21 2025, we called a couple of days later to the number listed on the propane tank they would have someone come out and inspect everything and fill the tank, before that could be done i had to pay ****** to open the account. My son is the one that called so they set the Account up under him but i prepaid with my CC ..They came out found to be a leak out side where the valve was that was on 1/23/2025, said someone else would have to fix that first then they could come back out and f... read more

I paid $300 extra last Thursday and was told it would be delivered the next day. 4 days later still no gas. I dont believe the driver on the last delivery brought 700 gallons 6 week ago and its gone. Please can someone contact me?

I am having issues with Amerigas? They showed up a couple weeks ago and I thought they filled my tank. They did not. I received a text stating there was additional work required at the property. I called their 800 number and got the main office, presumably in *****. Spent half hour with them and they scheduled for January 30th or 31st. They did not come. Then a message they would come Feb 1st, no show, but another message about work needed on my property. Called the Warsaw office, in *****, and now say coming today, Feb 3rd.... read more

BETTER READ THE FINE PRINT If you are look g for a company that will nickel and dime you and not disclose charges here is your company.
