Charged more than told, online system is not working properly, I scheduled reoccurring fill up online and scheduled online for fill up and never received propane, called and was told I never scheduled any thing. Im now out of propane and it is -1 ******* out! And was told by costumer service to get a new company. Plus my tank was not filled completely from the one *** the did fill it. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They sold customer service overseas. I recently bought a home, and ran out of propane in the ********** with a low of 7 degrees today. I found out Amerigas owns the tank so I called them for an emergency delivery on a Saturday. Here is how the call went:Me: you own the tank at my home and we just moved in. This company is the biggest joke I have ever dealt with. They failed to hook the gas line up after filling it, rendering the gas useless. So no heat during the 0 temperatures. I have called daily for a week and been assured someone would be there in 24 hours and it's been over a week now and still not done. Nothing but lies and empty apologies

cant even do one star. ******** services has been terrible. ******************** acts like they do not care. Have paid them and 12 days later still waiting with 0% for 4 days now. Called 4 days straight and have been on the phone for over 7 hours this week. Still not even a delivery date even though i was promised next day on thursday. Its now friday and they have no record of this. if they did not have 900 of mine I would go elsewhere by now but the sadder part is house is 39F and all i hear is im so sorry for that...

My current tank level is at 10%. I ordered my propane on Jan 9th and my delivery was supposed to be between 01/16-01/20, it was rescheduled to Jan 18, then to Jan 19, then to Jan 21 with no show on Jan 21 and no call. It is now Jan 22nd and no one can tell me my delivery date. I am now on hold to speak to a team specialist/supervisor which has been forever and currently still on hold. I use propane for cooking, heating and hot water. I have never dealt with this kind of issue with Amerigas. ******** ********.

This would be a zero-star review if I could. I have been with AmeriGas for the last 8 years and had zero issues with themuntil this past year. Over the last year, they have raised my rate by nearly $1,000 and made it nearly impossible to contact them.Recently, I switched to a local company that actually answers their phones and treats you like a human being. Terrible company, would never recommend. Would not fill our propane, drove to our house and drove away and nobody on the phone could make sense of the reason. Ran out of propane for heat in the middle of the night even though an urgent fill request was put in. When asking to speak to a supervisor over the past week at constantly put on hold and then transferred to a survey and hung up on. Have been on hold for hours with this s***** company and nobody can connect us to a supervisor.

AmeriGas is literally the worst propane company ever.. thier 800 number goes to ***** and they have literally no folks you can talk to in the ***. I have called the local number, corporate headquarters number etc, and they all get forwarded to *****. This applies to AmeriGas as a company..not just one location. I would warn anyone NOT TO USE AMERIGAS. THEY NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS. I ran out of propane, and placed an emergency ticket for next day service as my heat wont work without propane. If I could leave zero or -0 stars, I ******** not enter into contract with this company. Find another propane supplier. We "rented" 2 tanks for >10 years. When I requested that they come to pick up the tanks, the *** on the phone did not discuss any fees associated to the pick up.
