Jeez.. I moved into my new house in July. I've been trying to get these ppl to come fill my tank ever since then. They finally came to put propane in my new tank 2 weeks ago. But failed to hook up anything. A month ago, they came and shut off my old tank because of a leak. They refuse to look for it so I had to spend thousands on new lines and digging my own trench. This company is a waste!! DO NOT spend your money with them

They are frauds. Claimed my tank. Automatically signed me up under a contract at rates 50% higher rates without calling. Removed my tank and left ruts on a wet day. Then sent me a $300+ bill for removing the tank.

Could somebody tell me how I can discontinue service with America's? I've been calling customer service. And I cannot understand what she's saying. No matter what number I call or button, I push. The same woman comes on. I found their delivery driver in my driveway and I told him we no longer wanted service. He came back when we weren't home. Climbed over MyGate once again and put gas. How can I stop this?

I Closed my account with them and Was supposed to receive a refund check. Its been over a month and nothing. I've been calling weekly, to get an update and every time a representative will give a different excuse with a different time frame. One will say the check was already sent, the other said it wasn't and they dont know why. Anyway, thats unacceptable. Dont trust this company.

Worst gas company to deal with. Highest prices ever. Can't talk to a real person. They're a RIP OFF. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. PERIOD !!

Terrible service. Cancelled with them as prices are 33% higher than any other company in area and deliveries were erratic (3 weeks beyond stated delivery date) with no contact from company nor reason why when I contacted them .3 months to refund after tank was picked up. Contacted customer "service" 4 times before I had BBB intervene. Customer service is NOT IN US - is in Philippines and manned by people who only read from script. NO OFFICES IN US! This company continues to charge my card even though I haven't lived at the home with the propane tank for 2yrs!!!!!!! They refuse to cancel our card even though the new owner has an account with them. They use call centers over seas so it impossible to understand the agents. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!! 2 yrs trying to get our money back to no avail

The only reason this company gets a 1 star is because you can't go any lower and post your review !!! Whatever you do DO NOT GO WITH AMERIGAS !!!!! Their coustomer service/care and how they do business is a crime. They should NOT be allowed to conduct business. They over billed me, didn't deliver gas when it was scheduled, I ran out then charged me extra service fees, etc. The offshore customer service/care is a nightmare. In my now three years of patronage, I have never had a positive experience with this company. Apart from their call center agents empty words, they have never actually done anything that makes me believe I am a "valued customer." They will not communicate with you or do anything for that matter without you harassing them and calling every day to follow up.
