Absolutely the worst company to work with. We have had one of their empty tanks on the side of the road for more than 90 days. We've called and asked them to remove it before snow comes, at least 6 times. It has been escalated each time. Today I called and asked to talk with someone in the United States, so they can better understand our complaints. She told me, they have no one in the US to take my call.

Called im to become a new customer and after waiting weeks they finally came to fill the tank up. I checked pricing over the phone and in person with their employees but when I received my bill they are trying to add multiple random charges never disclosed to me over the phone! Very unhappy with Amerigas. Called to let them know that I had a leak on their tank from the fill port and I tightened the cap to stop it. I received a call back from an emergency response employee and he stated that he was required to come out and check it out due to it being a leak. He showed up and couldn't even take the cap off the fill port. I took it off and the fill port re-seated and stopped leaking. This company needs to be investigated for its business practices. The way they treat their customers is horrible. Customer service should be key to any business. As of today im moving to a new Propane Company that values their customers. Amerigas Stresses me out every time i have an issue.

I ordered a propane delivery with AmeriGas, the driver filled my tank and then locked it. I was told despite the propane meter guage that is displayed on their web page for my account is inaccurate, which was between 20 and 30 percent, the delivery guy locked my tank based on the truck meter according to him was zero percent. I just received a bill for 179.00 to unlock my tank that was not empty.

For the past two years I've been trying to get him out here to put a regulator on I had a gas leak and they told me that they were supposed to replace it they never have I have called them numerous assigned over the past two years and it is October 30th 2023 and still nothing's been done

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Their customer service center is located in the Philippines and no one there has the ability to help you with any request. After 10 calls (which typically last one hour) I quickly came to learn that all they do is send messages to the local company (which consumers have no access to) and hope that the request is filled. Started new service with a leased tank that was approved and the annual amount agreed to. Gave CC to charge the first fill. Tank was installed. They did charge for a field rep to verify the hole. When I later called Amerigas I was told I owed $8000 that was now months overdue. Since I had just moved into the home there was no way I could have used $8000 worth of propane in 1.5 months.
