Hopefully people will take a moment to review this company before willing becoming a customer. The below comments are accurate! Worst call center ***** can hardly speak English). WE have been without a propane delivery now for 3 days. They say our delivery is marked urgent yet they have not showed. 8 calls were made to their terrible customer service system, which is totally annoying and useless. They have their calls set up like a wall protecting their real reps. ********** to reach and talk to their local office who would be making your delivery. No one cares we have been without heat. The worst customer service, they should be ashamed!

I am giving 1 star because zero is not an option. My mother has been a customer with ******* for over 20 years. Apparently ******* has either been bought out by Amerigas, or has merged with them, The chat communication tonight with an agent has been the most straightforward and helpful than has been with any of our calls. After communicating that I was the legal guardian of my mother who has dementia, they provided me with her account numbers, without having to pull teeth. Although we reported that our propane level was low (approximately 30% left in our tank), Amerigas was unable to schedule a timely refill, and then they MISSED their delivery window. We are now using electric heat instead of propane (due to lack of propane gas). Amerigas cannot even tell us WHEN they will be able to deliver more propane.

I wish I knew what it was like to work somewhere I can hide behind a call center. I have been without heat for over a week. I was supposed to get my tank swapped and refilled yesterday. No calls. No messages. No emails. No one shows up. I call my service coordinator and leave several messages. Again, no response. I call my providers office. Again, straight to the call center. Must be nice to not need to worry about accountability while customers go without heat, and when confronted are told basically, tough s*** Someone will... read more

Zero stars. I called multiple times to disconnect service- tanks were unhooked and empty and sat in my yard for 4 months. They charged extortionate fees to discontinue service- refused to do anything beyond say this is what you have to pay. I asked for the transcript from our phone call and they refused to give it to me. They hung up on me when I requested to speak with a manager.

Price gouging. Propane is charged $2 more a gallon than all the other propane companies in the area.

Amerigas never showed up to fill my tank so I had to go with another company, they were sent a letter to come pick up their tank, 1 year later after I went with a different company they send me a letter to pay for a tank rental that I no longer have. This Company had the worse ***************** Tried calling them to get this taken care of the *** was rude and disrespectful and hung up on me. I would never use this company again
