DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. The delivery driver broke the gate protecting our tanks. We reported the damage immediately, emailed the company photos of the damage, and were told to not fix the damage as the company would fix the damage. We have waited 4 months and zero response. No accountability for the damage. Calls are all transferred to outsourced, oversees call centers. If you want to have terrible and frustrating service, hire Amerigas. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by Amerigas. On [specific date of payment], I paid over $1300 to fill my generator tank, which is crucial for storm preparations here in *********, *******. I'd give this ZERO but not an option. We cancelled our account in 2021 and had an email that they would pick up the tank we were "renting". They never came until Feb of 2024! Now they are billing me for tank rental for 2 years. REALLY !!! I should be charging them rental on my property to store their tank. I called beginning of June - customer service and I agreed and he filed a dispute told me to check back ***** hours. I checked back 5 days later and nothing. AMERIGAS INCOMPETENT/UNPROFESSIONAL DAMAGED MY PROPERTY WILL NOT ADRESS THE DAMAGES DROVE THE DELIVERY ?? Amerigas? Cannot speak to anyone in *******! Would not give a price for moving a tank. Was told twice someone would call with a price. No calls ever. Canceled service once due to this and rescheduled another service for relocating the tank. Was told again someone would call with a price. Once again, no call! Technician shows up, ask him he estimates $500. Get the invoice its $1,629.00. Only willing to give $300 off after speaking to the two Philippines people for an hour. By far the worst customer service!!!DO NOT USE THIS **********************!!!!!Our tank has been shut off for 9 months and is plumb full. Somehow they keep putting in $380 worth of propane which is absolutely impossible. Try calling and all you get is someone from *****! Impossible to get someone from ******* to talk to.

************** Didn't even want to give them 1 star.How Amerigas Drains a Senior Citizen's $457.92 credit and renders $110.09 bill for payment.(Credit apparently came from my paying same bill twice). In contact with "retention department" last year, was told I had credit of $347.83. At a later date I ordered delivery of propane. ****** said couldn't put gas in tank unless it was moved 4 feet out in the yard. My neighborhood is supplied gas through Amerigas. 2x's within the last year our community tank has gone completely empty leaving our neighborhood without any gas. When this happens, once someone from Amerigas shows up, all of the has is shut off while they refill it *** check for leaks. Then they go door to door to check everyone's lines for leaks and to light the pilot light.
